Seit mehreren Jahren ist der Kulturpunkt Teil des europäischen Verbandes kultureller Zentren. Bislang finden hier 5000 Zentren in 24 Ländern ein gemeinsames Dach für den regelmäßigen kulturellen Erfahrungsaustausch sowie eine Vernetzung auf europäischer Ebene. 2017 beteiligte sich der Kulturpunkt an der reCcord Studie, die die Universität Aarhus in Kooperation mit dem ENCC und dem dänischen Dachverband durchführte.

The ENCC represents over 5,000 cultural centres throughout Europe, with programmes and activities that aim to empower them and their communities.
The European Network of Cultural Centres was founded in 1994 to promote dialogue and cooperation between social-oriented cultural centres in Europe.
In the 2000s it became a “network of networks”, before gradually opening membership to local networks in direct interaction with communities and citizens. It also includes individual organisations and professionals as associate members.
